Taking a moment out of the usual rush to work to remember that I am waking up with the world.  Perhaps this awareness will allow me to enter into my morning routine with all beings.  I sense my urgency to ‘get going’ drop for an instant as the green leaf dangling from the Butterfly bush offers me a gentle rhythmic sway and a 30 second dance.  A breath fills me.  Where does me end?

Unseasonable snow blankets covers the base of still green trees with yellow and red leaves glistening in the autumn early morning sun.  I am aware that many people in this north eastern region are still without electrical power and may be waking up cold this morning.
